The YP Leadership Program

The YP Leadership Program is designed to help emerging professionals grow as leaders while building a deeper connection to Oklahoma City and the opportunities within it. Whether you are early in your career, recently relocated to the city, or simply looking to strengthen your leadership foundation, this program provides a practical and engaging experience focused on personal growth, professional development, and community impact. Participants join a select cohort of peers who are equally motivated to learn, connect, and grow together.

Throughout the program, participants will explore core leadership topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, decision-making, professional presence, goal setting, teamwork, and leading through change. Sessions are led by respected business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community influencers who share real-world insights, lessons learned, and strategies that participants can immediately apply in their careers and personal lives. The program is intentionally designed to be interactive, allowing participants to ask questions, collaborate, and build confidence as leaders.

In addition to leadership development, the program also helps participants better understand Oklahoma City's business community, civic landscape, and the many ways they can become more involved. For those who are new to the city, it is an excellent way to build relationships and create a sense of belonging.
